The college Library plays a very important role in an educational institution. Kulapathy A.P.C.Veerabahu Library is situated in the upstairs of M.C.Veerabahu Memorial Block. The plinth area of the library building is 196.54 Sq.mt (2115.60 Sq. ft) and nearly 80 students can freely accommodate and utilize. It is situated in the natural environment and equipped with enough lighting and ventilation.
Kulapathy A.P.C.Veerabahu Library satisfy the needs of the Academic Community, B.Ed., M.Ed., M.Phil., Ph.D., Research Scholars by providing quality resources of all kinds and effective services. Our collection which includes print and electronic resources of books, journals which enhance teaching, learning and research activities.
Our Library has the collection of 16,653 volumes of books includes all disciplines. Dr.S.R.Ranganathan’s Colon Classification system followed to classify all subjects.
Inflibnet N-List project provides access to e-resources by creating user name and password for Faculty members and B.Ed., M.Ed., M.Phil., and Ph.D. scholars. All the teaching faculty have member login to refer the e-resources off campus. Beneficiary colleges, registered for the NLIST, a college component of E-Shodh Sindhu, can access 6,150 electronic journals and 31,64,309 electronic books including e-books available through national subscription. Students and teachers of the institution can access the resources remotely through the individual login credentials and refer resources for assignments, learning, practicum and research work.
The College Library functions from 9:00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. every day except on Sundays & Govt. Holidays throughout the year.

Maintaining Books related to general knowledge, Mathematical Verbal & Non-Verbal Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, TRB, PGTRB, UGC-SET/NET, TNPSC, BANK and STAFF SELECTION COMMISSION and so on.
This section offers comprehensive collection of Journals purchased from the inception of our institution. The Old issues were bound and back volumes were preserved and maintained in the back volumes section.
This section contains M.Ed., (504) M.Phil., (285) Ph.D., (66) Dissertations submitted by our scholars.
We have subscribed 37 periodicals which includes 13 journals and 13 magazines enable the research scholars to update their knowledge in the fields of education. This section displays Journals and Magazines subscribed by our institution during this academic year.
Books donated by Management, Donors, Philanthropist, Faculty members, Rotary Club etc. are maintained in the section.
There are five computers with net connection available for research scholars to access e-resources.
Publications of Faculty members are displayed in the Display Stand.
Students are enjoying Open Access system in the library. An average of 80 students are visiting library daily.
Reference books such as dissertations, dictionaries, subject dictionaries, encyclopedias, year books, directories, dissertation abstract international, research tools are available at library, and the library staff extending her help to the students to search information.
The Xerox cutting of newspaper, periodicals used to be put up on notice board for the benefit of the users.
The students can use 2 library cards, they could take 2 books at a time. They can keep the books for 15 days.
The Library will be kept open from 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. throughout the year except Government holidays.
Absolute silence should be observed in and around the Library. Students using the reading room should not disturb and distract the attention of other readers.
Students should not carry any book or any printed material into the Library. Only note books and loose sheets of paper are allowed inside the Library.
Reference books and current journals and a few selected text books are not to be taken out.
Each student will be allowed to keep two books.
Books should be returned on or before 15th day of issue.
Students should not write, damage or make any mark on any book, periodical, manuscript or map belonging to the Library.
Books should not be sub-lent. All transfers should be effected through the librarian and only on the physical production of the book in the library.
The students will be selected for the BEST LIBRARY USER AWARD and honored in the College day celebrations every year.
