EXAMINATION AND EVALUATION COMMITTEE


Objectives

  • To eliminate excessive element of subjectivity.
  • To de-emphasis memorization.
  • To conduct retest for the absentees.
  • To give remedial coaching for failures.
  • To identify the strength and weakness of students and nurture essential changes.
  • ACTION PLAN

  • The college will continue to strengthen the evaluation process, where student-teacher’s academic performance will be evaluated continuously by conducting model Examinations.
  • Examination results will be analyzed subject-wise in the staff meetings and discussions shall be made for future improvement.
  • Student-teacher with poor performance in model examinations will be counseled and special lectures will be arranged to bring them in main stream.
  • Along with the regular teaching methods, teachers will also use audiovisual aids, to improve student-teachers performances.

    Activities (2018-2019)

    College conducts three model examinations per year. Retest is conducted for the absentees. Remedial coaching is given to the failures. Teacher Educators are providing proper guidance for students’ academic achievement. The students’ achievement is recorded every year with proper evaluation. The students who require greater challengers and additional support are identified and given proper guidance.
