The backbone of our college is the faculty. They are domain experts who are always ready to help students in every aspects.
Teaching techniques involves facilitator and learners, which encourage and expect learners to participate. Stimulate discussion and give participants hand on experience.
Our college organizes motivational sessions, various activities are held including motivational guest lectures. These sessions help students to create a platform of team work and team spirit, increase confidence levels and encourage students to excel in their studies.
Our college offers skill development programme, which develops the creative thinking of the student teachers in teaching and also to build successful strategies. It helps the student teachers to become a successful resource person.
Our College also abodes various institutions that offer Education Services - Special School, Arts and Science College, Higher Secondary School on par with competitive Standards.
Our college has a well equipped computer labs and this computer training helps the student teachers to develop their potential. It also helps in improving their employability.
Cracking an eligibility exam is clearly not a cake walk and requires some very serious preparations. When it comes to preparation, student teachers are faced with challenges. In order to overcome the burden. our college regularly conduct TET/NET coaching classes for B.Ed and M.ed.
Student teachers are monitored regularly so that it will promote excellent learning and identify the strengths and needs for professional development and also ensures that every students of VOCCE is appropriately challenged to reach their full potential.
Our college arranges parent teacher meetings to discuss enrichment or intervention strategies for students’ learning..

In accordance with the supreme court on ragging (2007), the judgement of supreme court on ragging (2009) and the UGC regulations to curb the menace of ragging (2009) V.O.C.College of Education has formed an anti-ragging committee to completely wipe out the menace from the cam pus/p>
